At Burgers and Spice we personally hand make all of our burgers, which is a blend of 80/20 locally sourced beef mince and our own special secret seasoning.

Our melt in yor mouth Burgers come in many different varieties, such as; The Double Bacon and Cheese one, The Cornish Brie, Bacon and Caramelised Red Onion Jam one, The 1st Grade Stuffed Potobello Mushroom one, The Pulled Pork and Apple One, The stunning Pulled Pork Smootherd One, The Smokey Chilli Beef Smoothered One, and to go large you can have our fully loaded one with both the Pulled Pork and Smokey Chilli Beef, and more...
We have a stunning homemade Veggie Hash Burger that is always in high demand. This is a Butternut Squash and Kidney Bean Hash with herbs and spices such as Cumin, Smoked Paprika, a tad of Smoked Chipotle Cilli, Oregano - absolutely delish!!
The Burritos are the best in town and filled with our locally sourced, 12 hour cooked Shouled of Pork, Rice, Sauteed Peppers, Guacamole, Sour Cream and Cheese, all snuggled into a 12" flour tortilla. The smokey, slow cooked Beef Chilli is another winning and delicious option as is our beautiful, home made Vegetarian Chilli, No Quorn in sight, just the freshest, local, seasonal veggies you can find!!
Loaded Fries are to die for here at Burgers and Spice and are a very popular option. Composing of a decent portion of Juliene Fries, topped with either the Pulled pork, the Chilli Beef, or the Veggie Chilli, with Cheese and Optional Sour Cream, Guacamole and our Homemade Salsa.

Burgers and Spice serves up some of your all time favourite dishes but with a personal twist. Everything we served automatically comes with our really popular, Homemade Smoked Chipotle and Roasted Garlic Mayo, which is also blottled up and sold from the Burger Bar itself.
In addition to the Mayo, we also bottle up our own Caramelised Red Onion Jam and Cilli Jam!!
